Production Operator

About the job

As a (assistant) production operator, you and your team are responsible for carrying out production orders. You pay close attention to correct dosing of raw materials and keeping the production process running smoothly. You keep an eye on quality, work safely, and keep your workstation clean and tidy.

What you'll do

• Carry out production orders according to the schedule
• Dose and process raw materials
• Operate and maintain production machines
• Check the quality of products and processes
• Keep machines and workstations clean
• Follow safety rules and quality standards

What we ask

• Secondary school education
• Interest in technology and comfort working in a production environment
• Dutch or English language skills are a plus
• Willing to learn and grow into an all-round operator
• Positive attitude and able to work in a team
• You do not have a nine-to-five mentality, you show commitment and take initiative

What we offer

• Full-time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
• Gross salary from €2,650 to €3,300 per month, based on the Kartoflex CAO (collective labour agreement)
