Concrete Production Operator

About the job

As a concrete production operator, you take part in making concrete mixes. You make sure the ingredients are mixed in the right amounts and that drivers know what to do. Your work has a direct effect on the quality of the concrete.

What you'll do

• Monitor machines during daily operations and carry out minor repairs
• Call drivers for loading and delivering concrete
• Check raw material stock levels and order missing materials
• Follow health and safety rules
• Clean machines at the end of the day
• Handle simple administrative tasks

What we ask

• Basic knowledge of concrete (Basiskennis Beton course, a Dutch industry certificate) and/or concrete laboratory qualifications, or willingness to obtain these
• Good communication skills, both spoken and written
• Interest in process automation
• Accuracy and good organisational skills
