Concrete Production Operator

About the job

You work as a production operator at a factory that makes concrete sewer manholes in Oosterhout. Every day you operate machines, assemble moulds and check product quality.

What you'll do

• Operate various machines, including an overhead crane for demoulding
• Disassemble and reassemble moulds for concrete elements
• Fix small faults during production
• Check product quality and report any issues
• Help keep the production process running smoothly

What we ask

• Experience as a machine operator or in a similar production setting
• Flexible about working hours in a rotating day shift system
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

What we offer

• Salary from €2,700 to €3,100 per month, depending on experience and knowledge, plus a shift allowance
• Fixed year-end bonus
• 25 holiday days and 12 ADV days (extra days off as part of the Dutch collective working hours arrangement) with a full-time contract
