For our client, a modern nut factory in Hardinxveld-Giessendam, we are looking for an Operator. Your job is to keep the production lines running smoothly and to make sure the right product is packaged correctly. If something breaks down, you fix it on your own or together with colleagues, quickly and efficiently.
You work mostly independently at the line, which makes the work varied and engaging. At the same time, teamwork matters. The lines are set up so you can easily communicate with colleagues. This creates an open, relaxed atmosphere, both during work and on breaks.
What you'll do
- Setting up production lines for the right product settings
- Operating and managing the production process
- Monitoring and correcting deviations
- Carrying out quality checks
- Fixing minor breakdowns and analysing their causes
What we ask
You are a good team player with a proactive and independent attitude. You also have:
- At least MBO-2 level education (Dutch secondary vocational qualification, level 2), preferably in a technical field
- A technical mindset and enjoy working with machines
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Good communication skills
What we offer
