About the job
As an Associate Manufacturing Operator, you support the production team with daily tasks. You work in an environment where quality, safety, and accuracy matter. Fixed procedures clearly define what is expected of you, and at the same time you build practical experience in pharmaceutical production.
What you'll do
- Carry out production work following fixed procedures and work instructions
- Support the processing of pharmaceutical ingredients and products
- Work according to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines and applicable quality and safety regulations
- Record daily activities, production data, and any irregularities
- Detect and report deviations in the production process
- Check that work is on schedule and meets agreed standards
- Complete mandatory training and work instructions on time
- Share ideas for improvements in safety, quality, reliability, and efficiency
- Work with colleagues to reach the department's production goals
- Work in shifts
What we ask
- MBO-2 (Dutch vocational qualification, level 2) in a relevant field and at least 18 months of relevant work experience, or another MBO-2 qualification and at least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Dutch or English at B1 level or higher
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital company systems
- Accurate and quality-focused way of working
- Positive attitude and flexibility
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Experience with GMP, production processes, or a regulated production environment is a plus
