Hightech Production Operator

About the job

As a hightech operator, you play a key role in making sure advanced components and products meet the highest quality standards before moving to the next production stage. You work in a modern, controlled cleanroom environment, where precision, quality, and technical knowledge are essential.

What you'll do

• Inspect incoming parts and materials to check they meet quality requirements
• Clean components using ultrasonic cleaning equipment and make sure they dry correctly
• Remove post-weld discolouration from stainless steel according to customer and product requirements
• Carry out light CNC operations, adjust machines, and do basic machine monitoring
• Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions
• Pack finished products in the cleanroom following procedures and quality standards
• Prepare shipping labels and production documentation for logistics
• Keep the workplace clean, safe, and organised according to cleanroom protocols

What we ask

• Available full-time and willing to work a two-shift schedule
• Experience in technical production, CNC, or assembly
• Able to work with production equipment, measuring tools, and hand tools
• Basic computer skills
• Able to read technical drawings (preferred)
• Previous experience in a cleanroom or hightech production environment (a plus)
• English and/or Dutch language skills
• Accurate and strong attention to detail
• Own accommodation and own transport

What we offer

• Gross monthly salary of €3,571 to €3,695, including shift allowance
• Full-time, two-shift schedule: morning shift 06:00-14:30, afternoon shift 14:30-23:00
• Possibility of a permanent contract
• 25 days of annual leave
• Vakantiegeld (Dutch holiday allowance) of 8%
• Travel expenses reimbursed at €0.25 per kilometre
