Production and Packaging Operator

About the job

As a Blend & Pack Operator, you are responsible for the safe and smooth running of the production and packaging installations. You monitor the process, carry out checks, and respond to deviations and breakdowns. You work a 5-shift rotation, on average 33.6 hours per week.

What you'll do

• operate and monitor production installations
• oversee the production and packaging process
• change over and set up machines
• carry out cleaning work
• work according to health, safety, and hygiene rules
• fix technical faults
• record production data
• support and train colleagues
• work according to the 5S method
• identify and report opportunities to improve processes

What we ask

• thinking and working level equivalent to mbo 3 (Dutch intermediate vocational education, level 3)
• a technical mbo 3 diploma is preferred
• experience with production or process installations
• a technical mindset
• knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene rules
• willingness to work a 5-shift rotation
• accuracy and attention to quality
• ability to solve technical problems independently
• a sense of responsibility and the ability to make decisions
• willingness to train and support colleagues
