As a Production Operator you run, monitor and adjust the production process. You keep an eye on how production is going, spot problems early and work with your team to keep things safe and running smoothly.
What you'll do
- Operate, set up and monitor process installations such as pasteurisers and homogenisers
- Work with separation and processing installations such as centrifuges, mixing tanks and raw material dosing systems
- Monitor and adjust the process from the control room to keep product quality stable and consistent
- Carry out process checks and quality measurements at different stages of production
- Spot deviations, handle first-level faults and contact the technical department when needed
What we ask
- MBO (Dutch vocational education) level of thinking or equivalent
- Experience as an operator in a production environment is a plus
- Interest in technology and process installations
- Understanding of hygiene and safety in the food industry
- Willingness to follow additional training and courses

- Salary from €3,400 to €4,662 gross per month, including a shift allowance of 22.7%
- 36-hour working week
