Production Operator

About the job

As an operator, you have real influence on the production process. It is not just about running machines. You also think actively about how to work better and more efficiently. Salary goes up to €4,000 gross per month, plus a shift allowance of up to 34%.

What you'll do

• Operate, set up, and adjust production machines on your own
• Check production quality and respond to deviations
• Spot and report opportunities for improvement
• Take an active part in optimising production processes
• Start each shift with a short briefing about goals and priorities

What we ask

• MBO level education or experience (MBO is Dutch vocational/technical education, roughly equivalent to a vocational diploma)
• Experience in a production environment is a plus, but not required
• You work carefully, with attention to safety and quality
• You think technically and pay attention to detail
