PCB Production Operator

About the job

You work in the production of printed circuit boards (PCBs) using modern SMT machines. You are responsible for setting up machines, quality control, and keeping the production process running smoothly.

What you'll do

• Setting up and operating SMT machines and inline printers
• Configuring the Pick & Place machine
• Operating the reflow oven for lead-free soldering according to IPC-2 class
• Inspecting and testing electronic products
• Detecting and fixing faults and deviations, and working from technical drawings, parts lists, and work instructions

What we ask

• Technical thinking and an interest in electronics
• Experience with SMT machines or production equipment, or willingness to learn
• Ability to read technical drawings, CAD data, bills of materials, and work instructions
