Production Operator

About the job

Learn a trade while you earn, with a real chance of a permanent contract directly with the opdrachtgever (the client company). At a production facility near Rotterdam, we are looking for new staff who want to work a 3-shift schedule. No experience needed. You will get paid training and learn the job step by step on the production floor.

What you'll do

• Check products and monitor production quality
• Process and pack finished products
• Prepare products for transport or further processing
• Record and log production data
• Spot and report problems in the production process
• Replenish materials during production
• Keep machines and the work area clean and safe
• Work together with colleagues during your shift

What we ask

• Good command of Dutch and/or English
• Available for morning, afternoon and night shifts
• Able to get to the workplace in Zevenhuizen on your own at any time of day or night
• Willing to learn new tasks
• Accurate and quality-conscious
• Able to work both independently and in a team
• Motivated and ready to work
• No experience required: you will receive paid training and on-the-job support

What we offer

• €18.11 gross per hour, including a 20% shift allowance and ADV allowance (ADV: extra time off or pay to reduce average working hours under the Dutch CAO, the collective labour agreement)
• Average 38 hours per week in a 3-shift schedule
• Paid training and good support at work
• After one year, the possibility of a direct contract with the client company
• Travel costs reimbursed at €0.25 per kilometre
• 25 days of annual leave and 8% vakantiegeld (holiday pay, a statutory Dutch bonus paid on top of your salary)

• Monday to Friday, every weekend off
• Shift times: 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, 22:00-06:00
