Production Operator

About the job

You work as an operator on modern production lines in a bakery products factory in Rucphen. You operate machines, keep an eye on product quality, and work together with the team on the shop floor.

What you'll do

• You start up, operate, and change over production lines.
• You check product quality according to the applicable standards.
• You spot and fix machine faults together with the technical department.
• You carry out minor maintenance tasks and keep your work area clean and safe.
• You coordinate the work of production staff at your line.

What we ask

• Experience as a machine operator or equipment operator in industry (process or production).
• A good level of Dutch or English.
• Ability to diagnose faults on your own and to think technically.
• Willingness to work in a weekly rotating 3-shift schedule.

What you get

• Salary from €3,360 to €3,600 gross per month, including shift allowance.
• 38% allowance for evening and night hours (18:00–06:30).
• 25 days of holiday and 8.33% vakantiegeld (holiday pay, a statutory bonus paid once a year) when working full time.
• Travel cost reimbursement of €0.23 per kilometre (from 5 km one way).
• A fixed contact person for questions about work and pay.
• Access to pay slips and hour records through a mobile app.
