About the job

The client is a global company in the food industry. They have a production facility in Tilburg. You start as a packaging operator. You are responsible for packing products efficiently and according to quality standards.

What you'll do

• Operate and monitor packaging machines
• Keep the production process running smoothly
• Carry out quality checks and respond to deviations
• Work closely with your team
• Report to the team leader

What we ask

• Experience is a plus, but a technical mindset is required
• MBO level of thinking or education (MBO is a Dutch vocational qualification, roughly equivalent to a level 3-4 technical diploma)
• Technical understanding of processes and the ability to solve problems
• Willing to work in a 3-shift rotation
• Accurate, independent, and quality-aware

• Salary from €2,900 to €3,600 gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience
