Food Production Operator

About the job

You work as an operator on a production line at a food factory near 's-Hertogenbosch. You prepare the line for production, monitor the process, and check product quality.

What you'll do

• Set up and adjust production lines according to the plan and work instructions
• Check machines, parts, and cleanliness before production starts
• Monitor the production process and make corrections when needed
• Carry out quality checks on the product and process (weight, shape, appearance)
• Spot technical faults and deviations and report them to the right people

What we ask

• Experience in production (experience in the food industry is a plus)
• Good command of Dutch or English
• Attention to detail and a practical, solution-focused mindset; knowledge of HACCP principles is a bonus
