Food Production Operator

About the job

Do you want to work as a process operator in the food industry and help produce high-quality ingredients used around the world? In this role, you take responsibility for an important part of the production process, work with modern installations, and earn up to €3,900 gross per month, including a shift allowance.

As a process operator, you make sure the production process runs smoothly. You monitor quality, adjust processes, and keep production running safely and efficiently.

What you'll do

• Operate, set up, and control production installations
• Monitor process parameters and adjust them when needed
• Carry out quality checks and record production data
• Detect and fix process disruptions and minor technical faults
• Perform changeovers, inspections, and cleaning work according to set procedures
• Take an active part in improving safety, quality, and efficiency

You work closely with other operators, the technical department, and the quality department. This makes it a broad role: you not only carry out tasks, but also actively contribute to improving processes. You follow fixed procedures, but there is room to share ideas for improvement.

What we ask

We are looking for an operator who takes responsibility and enjoys working in a technical production environment.

You have

• An mbo (Dutch vocational) diploma in process technology, food technology, VAPRO A/B (Dutch process operator certificates), or a related field
• Experience as an operator in the food industry or a similar process environment
• A technical mindset and the ability to analyse faults and deviations independently
• A precise, quality-focused way of working
• Willingness to work a 3-shift rotation

• Gross salary of €3,200 to €3,900 per month, including shift allowance
