Food Production Operator

About the job

You work as an operator on filling and packaging lines at a food production facility in Roosendaal. You monitor the production process from start to finish, together with your team.

What you'll do

• Operate and oversee filling and packaging lines, including sealing, labelling and palletising
• Supply packaging materials and process finished products into various packaging formats
• Carry out quality checks on products and packaging materials during production
• Change over and set up production lines when switching format or product
• Fix minor faults, carry out cleaning work and enter production data into the system

What we ask

• Experience as an operator, preferably in the food industry
• Technical mindset and familiarity with a production environment
• Good command of Dutch
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift rotation and to do physical work

What we offer

• Gross salary from €3,360 to €4,560 per month (including a 20% shift allowance)
• 25 holiday days and 10 ADV days (scheduled days off as part of the collective working hours arrangement) per year at full-time hours
• Travel costs reimbursed and the option to buy extra holiday days
• Prospect of a permanent contract with a good performance review
