Production Operator

About the job

As a production operator, you make sure the production line runs safely, smoothly, and without disruptions. You start with an extensive on-the-job training programme, supported by experienced coaches. This gives you a solid understanding of both the machines and the full production process.

What you'll do

• Operate, monitor, and adjust advanced production lines
• Check product quality, workplace safety, and the production process
• Detect, analyse, and fix process disruptions
• Carry out minor maintenance work and simple repairs
• Work closely with maintenance technicians to solve technical problems
• Follow health and safety rules and the procedures in place
• Actively suggest ideas to improve the production process
• Onboard and support new colleagues
• Keep the workplace safe, clean, and well organised

What we ask

• At least MBO level 3 (Dutch vocational qualification) in a technical field
• Good English, enough to understand safety instructions
• Own accommodation and own transport
• Willing to work a 5-shift rotation
• Technical knowledge and proven technical skills
• Proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn
• Good analytical skills and the ability to solve problems
• A sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently
• Able to work well both on your own and as part of a team

What we offer

• Gross salary between €4,000 and €5,000 per month, including a 27.50% shift allowance and an ADV allowance (extra time off in lieu)
• 25 days of holiday and 8% vakantiegeld (holiday pay, a statutory annual bonus on top of your salary)
