Concrete Production Operator

About the job

You work as an operator on your own production line at a factory that makes concrete products, such as paving stones, pavement slabs and kerbs. You work 38 hours a week spread over 4 days, so you have a long weekend every week.

What you'll do

• Operating and setting up production machines
• Monitoring and controlling the production line
• Carrying out quality checks on finished products
• Spotting and fixing small problems in the production process
• Working together with mechanics and other production staff

What we ask

• An interest in technology or basic technical experience, for example as an operator, production worker or machine operator
• Good physical condition and willingness to do active work
• Accuracy and attention to quality
