Shovel / Wheel Loader Operator

About the job

The client is an international organisation based in Dongen. They put teamwork, development, and safety first. They are looking for an experienced shovel operator for day shifts.

What you'll do

• Fill silos with cullet (crushed glass)
• Push and move raw materials and loads
• Operate and manage cullet storage areas
• Keep accurate records of cullet stock
• Carry out first-level maintenance on the shovel
• Report issues and take part in improving processes

What we ask

• A valid shovel or wheel loader operator certificate
• Category B driving licence
• Experience operating large machines, for example agricultural or earthmoving equipment
• Ability to stay calm under pressure, be flexible, and find solutions
• Good at setting priorities and keeping an overview
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

What we offer

• Gross monthly salary between €3,100 and €3,600
• A 13th month (year-end bonus) of 5% of annual salary
• 25 days of holiday
• Your choice: 13 ADV days (paid time off for reduced working hours, a standard Dutch arrangement) or an ADV allowance of 5% on top of your salary
