Your accuracy prevents production losses.
As a Raw Materials Operator, you work at the start of the production process. What you prepare correctly determines how smoothly the next production steps run.
What you'll do
- Collect raw materials and ingredients using a scanner
- Execute production orders according to the schedule
- Prepare ingredients accurately for production
- Set machines to the correct parameters
- Start up installations and run test starts when needed
- Perform simple manual operations on products
- Carry out process and product checks
- Check that machines are working correctly
- Detect deviations and solve simple problems on your own
- Record production data
- Perform first-level maintenance every day
- Report technical faults to the technical department
- Identify improvement opportunities in safety, quality, and HSEQ
- Keep your workplace clean, safe, and tidy
You work largely independently. For more complex faults or deviations, experienced operators and your supervisor are there to support you.

You can expect
- Gross base salary of €2,600 to €2,800 per month
- 25% shift allowance between 18:00 and 00:00
- 50% shift allowance between 00:00 and 06:00
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- 25 vacation days, with the option to buy extra days
- Attendance bonus of €150 per quarter, subject to applicable conditions

- Employment initially through an uitzendbureau (staffing agency)

Shift times in a 3-shift system
- Morning: 06:00 - 15:00
- Afternoon/evening: 14:00 - 23:00
- Night: 22:00 - 07:00
What we ask

We are looking for someone who works accurately and can take responsibility.
- Available 40 hours per week
- Willing to work in a 3-shift system
- Preferably at least 1 year of recent production experience
- Experience in food production is a strong plus
- Able to work accurately following orders and instructions
- Experience setting up or operating machines is an advantage
- Physically able to perform production work
- You speak Dutch or are fluent in English
- Own transport is an advantage due to the location's accessibility
- Hygiene, safety, and quality are important to you
