Extrusion Operator
About the job
As an Extrusion Operator in Etten-Leur, you are an important part of the production process. From supplying raw materials to checking and packing the finished product: you make sure the process runs safely, accurately, and to the right specifications.
You work independently, with attention to quality, safety, and a smooth production process.
What you'll do
- Supply materials and fill mixers according to the correct recipes.
- Monitor the production process and make adjustments where needed.
- Process materials into EPS granulate using underwater granulation.
- Carry out quality checks and adjust the production process based on the results.
- Coat, sieve, and pack EPS granulate.
What we ask
You are an operator with a technical mindset, a hands-on attitude, and an eye for detail. You work accurately, think in solutions, and take responsibility for your tasks.
You also have
- At least a VAPRO B diploma (a Dutch vocational qualification for process operators).
- Preferably experience in a similar role.
- An independent, accurate, and solution-focused way of working.
- A VCA-Vol certificate (Dutch safety certification for working in high-risk environments), BHV (Dutch company emergency response certificate), and a forklift certificate, or the willingness to obtain these.
