As the final checkpoint in the production process, your expertise directly contributes to the quality of innovative technologies used across some of the world's most demanding industries.What will you do?As a Test Operator, you ensure that every product meets strict quality and performance requirements before shipment.Your responsibilities include:Performing quality inspections and validation activities on complete end products;Conducting helium leak tests, pressure tests, particle measurements, TOC measurements, and visual inspections;Recording measurement data and creating detailed test reports;Reading and interpreting technical drawings, work instructions, and manuals;Identifying, analyzing, and reporting deviations to engineering and production teams;Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within testing and quality processes.

What do you bring?You have an eye for detail, a structured approach to work, and a strong sense of responsibility when it comes to quality.Additionally, you have:A technical education background, such as Mechanical Engineering, Analytical Chemistry, or a related discipline combined with relevant practical experience;Strong technical insight and the ability to understand technical documentation;Knowledge of gases, fluids, and materials used in industrial applications;Good computer skills;Experience with testing equipment and quality measurements is considered an advantage;Good communication skills in either Dutch or English (minimum B1 level);Willingness to work in a two-shift operation.
