About the job
Your accuracy keeps production moving.
As a Weighing Operator, you work at the start of the production process. Preparing ingredients correctly at this stage helps avoid delays and quality problems further down the line.
What you'll do
- Pick ingredients and materials using a scanner
- Process production orders according to the schedule
- Prepare ingredients accurately for production
- Set machines to the correct parameters
- Start up equipment and run test starts when needed
- Carry out limited manual production tasks
- Perform regular process and product checks
- Verify that machines are working correctly
- Spot deviations and solve basic problems on your own
- Record production data
- Carry out basic daily maintenance
- Report technical faults to the maintenance department
- Identify improvements related to quality, safety, and HSEQ
- Keep your work area clean and safe
You work independently, but experienced operators and supervisors are available for more complex issues.
Employment conditions
Shift work increases your earnings.
You can expect
- A base salary of €2,600 to €2,800 gross per month
- A shift allowance of 25% for hours between 18:00 and 00:00
- A shift allowance of 50% for hours between 00:00 and 06:00
- A 40-hour working week
- Monday to Friday
- 25 holiday days, with the option to buy extra days
- A quarterly attendance bonus of €150, subject to applicable conditions
- Free on-site parking

- An agency contract (uitzendbureau, meaning you are employed through a staffing agency)
- The possibility to start quickly
3-shift schedule
- Morning: 06:00 - 15:00
- Afternoon/evening: 14:00 - 23:00
- Night: 22:00 - 07:00
What we ask
Production experience is your advantage.
We are looking for someone who works accurately and takes responsibility for their actions.
- You are available 40 hours per week
- You are willing to work a 3-shift schedule
- Preferably at least 1 year of recent production experience
- Experience in food production is a strong advantage
- Experience operating or setting up machines is welcome
- You can work accurately with production orders and instructions
- You are physically able to perform production work
- You speak fluent English or Dutch
- Due to the location, having your own transport is preferred
- You take hygiene, safety, and quality seriously
