Injection Moulding Operator

About the job

As an injection moulding operator, you keep the production process running smoothly. You start up and operate machines, monitor production, and act when something is off. You work carefully, because the products are made for the medical sector and quality matters a lot here.

What you'll do

• Start up, set up, and operate modern injection moulding machines
• Monitor the production process and report any deviations
• Fix minor technical problems
• Call in the technical team for bigger breakdowns
• Refill raw materials so production keeps running without interruptions
• Carry out quality checks, including with a microscope
• Record production data
• Keep the workplace safe, clean, and organised

You work a 3-shift schedule

Morning: 06:00 - 14:00

Afternoon: 14:00 - 22:00

Night: 22:00 - 06:00

What we ask

• A technical mindset and interest in production processes
• Experience as an operator or in production is a plus, but not required. You can also be just starting out in this field
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift schedule
• Good command of Dutch
• Accuracy and attention to quality

What we offer

• Gross salary of €3,400 to €3,500 per month, including a 30% shift allowance
• Full time, 40 hours per week
• Prospect of a permanent contract
• 25 days of holiday and 8% vakantiegeld (holiday pay, paid once a year on top of your salary)
• Travel expenses reimbursed at €0.23 per kilometre
• Room to grow through internal training and courses
• Employment conditions equal to those of employees hired directly by the opdrachtgever (the client company), including days off, allowances, ADV pay, and other salary components
