About the job
You make sure the end product is right.
As a Packer, you work at the end of the production line. You make sure products are packed carefully and meet the right quality standards.
What you'll do
- Pack sauces, marinades and other food products
- Place products in boxes or packaging the correct way
- Check that products and packaging meet quality requirements
- Spot incorrectly packed or non-compliant products
- Prepare products for the next step in the process
- Carry out simple tasks on the production line
- Help keep the production line running smoothly
- Work according to hygiene and food safety rules
- Keep your own workspace clean and tidy
- Report unsafe situations or problems straight away
- Work together with operators and other production staff
During your shift you move around a lot. You work in an environment where pace and accuracy matter.
What we offer
Shift work means extra pay.
You get a full-time position in a growing production environment.
You can count on
- Gross base salary of €2,600 to €2,800 per month
- 25% shift allowance between 18:00 and 00:00
- 50% shift allowance between 00:00 and 06:00
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- Currently working a 2-shift schedule
- Switch to a 3-shift schedule coming soon
- 25 vacation days, with the option to buy extra days
- Sick leave bonus of €150 per quarter, subject to conditions
- Free parking at the location
- Opportunity to grow into an operator role
- Start on a temporary contract (via a uitzendbureau, a staffing agency)

Once the 3-shift schedule starts, the hours will be
- Morning: 06:00 - 15:00
- Afternoon/evening: 14:00 - 23:00
- Night: 22:00 - 07:00
What we ask
Willingness to work matters more than diplomas.
We are mainly looking for people who are reliable, enjoy active work and feel comfortable in a production environment.
- You are available full-time, 40 hours per week
- You are willing to work in shifts
- You will be able to work the 3-shift schedule
- You are available Monday to Friday
- Experience in production is a plus, but not required
- Experience in food production is an extra plus
- You can handle repetitive and physical work
- You work accurately and pay attention to quality
- You speak Dutch or fluent English
- You are prepared to follow strict hygiene and safety rules
- You have your own transport to get to the location in Nieuw-Vennep independently
Your own transport is important because the location is not always easy to reach by public transport during all shift hours.
