Metal Machine Operator (entry level)

About the job

You work as an entry-level metal processing operator. You bend sheet metal parts using computer-controlled press brakes. This is a job where you can learn all aspects of metal processing.

What you'll do

• You set up and operate program-controlled press brakes
• You load the right programs and fit the correct tools yourself
• You work from a technical drawing
• You check the quality of your own products

What we ask

• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• An interest in the metal industry
• You hold a VCA Basisveiligheid certificate (a basic safety certificate required for industrial work in the Netherlands) or you are willing to get one

Offer

• Salary €2,200 - €3,000 gross per month in line with the CAO (collective labour agreement)
• Travel costs reimbursed
• Possibility of a permanent contract
• Work in the province of Groningen, Friesland or Drenthe
