Paving Assistant / Ground Worker

About the job

You work as a paving assistant and support the team with paving and groundwork. The work varies, with projects for private clients, companies, and local authorities.

What you'll do

• Hand over and prepare materials for the paver
• Support with paving work
• Keep the worksite tidy and organised
• Assist with groundwork and preparation tasks

What we ask

• Proven experience as a ground worker, including operating a shovel (backhoe loader)
• Valid VCA certificate (VCA is a Dutch safety certification for construction and technical work)
• Own transport
• Solid work ethic, punctuality, and motivation
• Willingness to do physical work in different weather conditions
