Customer Service and Logistics Officer

About the job

You work in an office as the link between customers, sales, and logistics. You handle inquiries, quotes, orders, and deliveries. You are in daily contact with customers and transport partners.

What you'll do

• Contact with customers, potential customers, and logistics partners
• Preparing, processing, and checking quotes and sales orders
• Coordinating planning, transport, and deliveries
• Monitoring stock levels and logistics processes
• Advising customers, supporting sales activities, and spotting market opportunities

What we ask

• Experience in customer service, preparing quotes, and commercial work, plus knowledge of logistics processes (planning, transport, warehousing)
• Good communication skills, ability to work independently, and able to combine sales and logistics tasks
• Good command of Dutch, basic English, and a category B driving licence
