Logistics Returns Employee

About the job

You work at a logistics centre in Enschede. You are responsible for receiving drivers when they return from their routes and for processing returns and discrepancies. You keep the paperwork in order and respond quickly to operational issues.

What you'll do

• You receive drivers returning from their routes and help them with the debrief.
• You check route documents and administrative data.
• You register returns and discrepancies in the system.
• You spot and solve operational problems as they come up.
• You support the team leader with daily tasks and communicate with drivers, colleagues and clients.

What we ask

• Experience in logistics, transport or a similar role.
• Good command of Dutch and English, spoken and written.
• You stay calm and organised during busy periods, and you are comfortable communicating directly with drivers and colleagues.
