Logistics Worker Day Shift

About the job

As a logistics worker, you keep the logistics processes running smoothly. You pick customer orders, pack them, and prepare them for shipment. The workplace is in Andelst, near Nijmegen and Arnhem.

What you'll do

• Order picking: picking and packing orders accurately, following set instructions.
• Reach truck operation: learning and operating a reach truck once you have built up experience.
• Organisation: storing goods in the warehouse safely and tidily.
• Teamwork: working closely with the logistics team to optimise processes and keep standards high.
• Quality control: checking orders and processes to make sure everything meets requirements.

What we ask

• Thinking and working level of MBO 3 (Dutch intermediate vocational education, level 3).
• Experience in logistics or warehouse work is a plus.
• A reach truck certificate, or willingness to get one.
• Dutch or English, spoken and written.
• Available at least 36 hours a week on day shifts.

What we offer

• Hourly rate of €17.48.
• Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
• Full-time, 36 to 40 hours a week.
• 25 days of leave and 8.33% vakantiegeld (holiday pay paid out on top of your salary).
• Travel cost reimbursement of €0.23 per km, up to €13.80 per day.
• Room to develop, including the chance to get your reach truck certificate.
• Employment conditions equal to those of staff employed directly by the client, including days off, allowances, ADV pay (extra time off or pay for working full-time hours), and other pay components.
