Logistics Worker / Warehouse Operative

About the job

You work at a large, international food production site in Oosterhout. It is a modern, largely automated production and logistics environment where you and hundreds of colleagues keep everything running smoothly. You work in a 3-shift rotation.

What you'll do

• Loading and unloading trucks and containers
• Moving goods with a forklift and a reach truck
• Delivering packaging materials to the production floor
• Receiving, checking and storing goods
• Picking orders and preparing products for dispatch
• Working with an automated warehouse system
• Checking transport and shipping documents
• Keeping the workplace safe, clean and organised

What we ask

• MBO-level education or equivalent work experience (MBO is a Dutch vocational qualification, roughly equivalent to a level 3-4 NVQ)
• Experience in logistics or warehouse work
• A valid forklift and/or reach truck certificate is a strong advantage
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift rotation
• A sense of responsibility and attention to safety
• Good command of Dutch or English

What we offer

• Hourly rate of €16.75 to €21.10 gross, depending on experience, excluding shift allowance
• Monthly salary of €2,621 to €3,302 gross, depending on experience, excluding shift allowance
• Shift allowance of 20%
