Logistics Worker

About the job

As a logistics worker in Almelo, you are part of the full logistics process. You make sure raw materials and finished products are in the right place, orders are handled correctly, and shipments are ready for transport on time. You work with high-quality, high-value materials, so accuracy is important.

What you'll do

• Move and store goods using a forklift and a reach truck
• Pick, check, and pack orders carefully
• Label shipments with the right labels and shipping documents
• Check and process daily orders and pallet deliveries
• Register goods and orders digitally in the computer system
• Keep track of stock levels and support purchase administration

What we ask

• MBO (Dutch vocational) diploma in logistics or a related field
• At least two years of experience in a logistics role
• Valid forklift certificate and experience operating forklifts, or willingness to obtain this
• Experience with administrative processes and warehouse management
• Accurate and organised way of working

What we offer

• Salary from €2,900 to €3,200 gross per month, depending on age and work experience
• Day shifts
• Contract of around six months with a set number of hours, with the prospect of a direct contract with the opdrachtgever (the client company)
• 23 holiday days and 19 ADV days (extra days off as part of the collective working hours agreement) per year at full time
• Travel cost reimbursement of €0.25 per kilometre, or the option to use an OV-business card (public transport card)

• Employment conditions equal to those of staff employed directly by the opdrachtgever, including hourly rate, number of days off, allowances, ADV pay, and other salary components
