Goods Receiving / Unloading Supervisor

About the job

You work in goods receiving and truck unloading at a meat processing facility. You have regular contact with drivers and make sure the whole process runs in the right order and to the right standard.

What you'll do

• Organise and oversee the loading and unloading of delivered goods
• Keep track of delivery order and coordinate with truck drivers
• Pass on information about trailer swaps to the receiving operator
• Clean and disinfect trucks
• Flag problems and take corrective action
• Make sure everyone uses the correct workwear and personal protective equipment
• Move vehicles to the garage for service or repair

What we ask

• Experience in logistics, preferably in loading and unloading
• Willingness to work flexible hours between 04:30 and 21:00
• A forklift certificate is a plus
