Logistics Worker (Potted Plants)

About the job

As a logistics worker, you keep the logistics processes running smoothly at a plant nursery. Together with your colleagues, you make sure high-quality potted plants reach customers across Europe on time. During your onboarding, you learn the different steps in the process. After that, you work independently. The job calls for a hands-on approach, attention to detail, and flexibility during busy periods.

What you'll do

• Check goods against waybills and delivery documents
• Enter data into the system to keep the logistics flow running without interruptions
• Work with colleagues to set priorities and handle urgent orders
• Spot and report deviations and quality issues in the process
• Move goods internally using forklifts or electric tuggers

What we ask

• Willing to work overtime during peak periods
• Good physical condition and comfortable working in changing temperatures
• Experience with registering and checking goods
• Proactive attitude and a team player
• Flexible in a fast-moving work environment

What we offer

• Pay between €14.41 and €17.41 gross per hour
• Fixed-term contract with the prospect of permanent employment
• Full time: 38 to 40 hours per week
