Warehouse Worker - Flower Logistics

About the job

The client is the largest flower auction in the world. We are looking for warehouse workers with flexible hours that fit easily around studies, family life, or other commitments. Work starts early in the morning, so you finish between 10:00 and 14:00 and have the rest of the day to yourself.

What you'll do

• Drive an electric tow vehicle through the auction halls
• Collect trolleys for different orders
• Scan and check orders and quantities
• Keep the picking and distribution process running smoothly
• Make sure orders reach customers on time

What we ask

• Age 18 or older
• Height at least 1.65 m (health and safety requirement)
• Good understanding of Dutch or English, enough to follow work instructions
• Reliable, accurate, and willing to work in a logistics environment
• Available at least 3 days a week (Monday and Friday are required working days)
• In some cases a VOG (Dutch certificate of good conduct) may be required

What we offer

• Hourly rate of €16.60 gross or €18.49 gross all-in
• Travel costs reimbursed at €0.23 per kilometre
• Full reimbursement of a monthly public transport pass when working more than 4 days a week
• Travel costs reimbursed for the route between Aalsmeer and Naaldwijk
• Choice of weekly or 4-weekly pay
• Vakantiegeld (Dutch holiday allowance) of 8.33%
• 25 holiday days based on full-time hours
