Warehouse loader, night shift

About the job

You work as a loader in the warehouse of the client company in Nijkerk. Your job is to prepare loads so that drivers can leave smoothly the next morning. The client is a family business founded in 1932, specialised in transport and warehousing, with more than 42,000 m2 of storage space.

What you'll do

• Load goods into trucks according to loading lists
• Place the right goods in the right order so drivers can unload easily at customers
• Make sure goods are undamaged, well secured, and loaded in the correct order
• Operate an electric pallet truck (EPT), reach truck, and forklift
• Work with the team to finish on time

Working hours: 19:00 to 04:00, 3 to 5 nights a week based on your own preference.

What we ask

• Certificates for forklift, reach truck, and EPT are a plus. If you have experience but no certificates, you can get them through internal training at the client or through Logistic Force Opleidingen
• Ability to operate an electric pallet truck (EPT)
• Experience in a logistics environment is an advantage
• Good physical fitness and willingness to do physical work
• Careful and accurate in carrying out tasks
• Able to work in a team and take responsibility for getting the job done together

What we offer

• Pay of €14.99 to €18.22 gross per hour under the client's CAO (collective labour agreement)
• Night shift allowance
• 25 days of holiday per year and 8.33% vakantiegeld (holiday pay, a statutory extra payment on top of your wage)
• Participation in a pension scheme
• Travel cost reimbursement of €0.23 per kilometre
• Option to get extra certificates or a category C+E driving licence through the academy
• After the temporary employment period, the possibility of a permanent contract
