About the job
As a logistics operative, you make sure goods end up in the right place and orders are ready on time. The work is physical. You operate an electric pallet truck and work together with the team to keep the warehouse running smoothly.
What you'll do
- Pick orders using an electric pallet truck (EPT)
- Receive goods: check incoming deliveries and put products in the right location
- Load and unload: handle trucks safely and efficiently
- Manage stock: keep storage clear, correct and well organised
- Keep the warehouse tidy: maintain a clean, safe and organised workplace
- Work with colleagues and coordinate tasks according to the schedule
- Quality checks: verify quantities, correctness and any discrepancies
What we ask
- Experience in a warehouse, distribution centre or similar logistics environment
- Experience operating an electric pallet truck (EPT) safely
- Accurate and organised way of working
- Active attitude and good physical condition
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to safety and quality
- Preference for candidates living in or near Hengelo
