Warehouse Worker

About the job

The client is a logistics company with over 18,000 employees in more than 100 locations worldwide. They are looking for a warehouse worker in Heijen.

What you'll do

• Picking products at the picking line
• Packing products into boxes
• Scanning items
• Applying labels for the customer or destination country
• Checking orders
• Sorting boxes and stacking them on pallets
• Depending on the department, other tasks are also possible, such as processing returns or labelling

What we ask

• A positive attitude and willingness to work
• English at B2 level or higher
• Willingness to work in a team
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Availability for full-time work
• Flexibility in working hours
• Willingness to do physical work
• Experience in logistics is a plus, but not required
• Willingness to work in an international team

What we offer

• Gross hourly rate from €14.99, with the possibility to grow with experience
• Allowances for work at certain hours:
• 19:00-24:00: 135%
• 24:00-06:00: 145%
• 06:00-07:00: 135%
• 8% vakantiegeld (holiday allowance paid on top of your wage, required by Dutch law)
• Travel costs reimbursed
• Possibility of long-term employment with a view to a permanent contract
• Work clothing and footwear provided by the employer
• Schedule Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work if needed
• Possibility to grow into a trainer or team leader role
• Various shifts available
