Order Picker

**About the job**

Do you want to work as an order picker in Nieuwegein, at one of Albert Heijn's biggest logistics operations? You make sure that supermarkets across the Netherlands receive their fresh products on time. You work with clear systems and a good team.

You and your colleagues pick fresh products that will be on shop shelves the same day. You move through the warehouse using a voice-picking system that is available in Dutch, English, Polish and Ukrainian. You load products onto a trolley and make sure everything is ready for transport on time. Accuracy and speed matter here, so shops never run short. You work in a cold environment of around 4°C, so dress accordingly.

**What you'll do**

• Pick products and complete orders using the voice-picking system
• Build trolleys and prepare them for dispatch
• Check the quantity and quality of products
• Keep the workplace tidy and safe
• Work flexible morning and night shifts
• Work together with colleagues from different countries

**Working hours**

You work full-time on the morning shift (05:00–14:30) or the night shift (19:30–04:00).

**What we ask**

• You speak Dutch, English or Polish
• You are physically fit and can handle physical work
• You are comfortable working in a cold environment (around 4°C)
• You are flexible and available on weekends and on morning and night shifts

**What we offer**

• Gross rate of €14.99 per hour, with shift allowances of up to 35%
• Shift allowances between 25% and 45%
• Weekend allowances: Saturday 50%, Sunday 100%
