Warehouse Worker (Proshop)

About the job

As a proshop warehouse worker, you pick and prepare building materials for customers. These customers range from self-employed tradespeople to construction companies. You work full time, Monday to Friday, on fixed daytime hours. The role is long-term and offers a lot of job stability.

What you'll do

• Check incoming goods and unload deliveries at the start of the day
• Keep the shelves tidy and easy to read
• Help customers load their ordered materials
• Pick materials using a forklift
• Prepare orders for collection
• Answer customer questions and have a short chat so they leave happy

Working hours: 08:00 - 17:00

What we ask

• At least vmbo level of education (vmbo is a Dutch pre-vocational secondary school qualification)
• Experience operating a forklift
• Physically fit enough to lift heavier materials
• Customer-friendly attitude and a good command of Dutch
• Interest in building materials

• Salary from €2,608 to €2,789 gross per month
• 37 days off per year when working full time (after moving to a direct contract with the employer)
