Assembly Worker
About the job
You work in a team assembling different metal products. You follow technical instructions and make sure the finished products meet quality standards.
Working hours: full time, day shift 07:30–16:30
Gross salary: €2,750 to €3,100 per month, depending on experience
27 vacation days + 13 ADV days (reduction of working hours days, a Dutch arrangement for extra time off) and 8% vakantiegeld (holiday allowance, a mandatory annual bonus of 8% of your gross salary)
Pension scheme based on the applicable CAO (collective labour agreement)

You work in a team of around 100 people
What you'll do
- Assemble products following work instructions and technical drawings
- Check assembled parts for quality and dimensions
- Read and interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions
- Work with hand tools and keep them in good condition
- Support other departments when needed, for example the powder coating department
- Keep records of your work and log completed tasks
- Prepare products for packaging and shipment
What we ask
- Basic technical knowledge and experience with assembly work in a production environment
- Willing to work flexibly in other departments when needed
- Accurate and able to work according to quality and health and safety guidelines
