Timber Frame Assembly Worker

About the job

The client is a specialist in prefabricated timber frame structures, based near 't Zand. Wooden building elements are made in the factory. You and your team then make sure they are fitted correctly on site and come together as a whole. You work from drawings, talk to people on site, and find practical solutions when things don't go as planned.

What you'll do

• Assemble prefabricated roofs, walls, floors, and facades
• Work on various construction projects in Noord-Holland and Zuid-Holland
• Read and follow construction and assembly drawings
• Check that elements are fitted correctly and to the right dimensions
• Use digital tools and 3D software on site
• Consult with colleagues and others involved in the project

What we ask

• A construction background or comparable hands-on experience
• Experience assembling timber frame elements
• Knowledge of construction and the ability to read technical drawings
• VCA certificate (a Dutch safety certificate for construction sites), or willingness to obtain one
• Category B driving licence; category BE is a plus
• You work carefully, independently, and flexibly
