Assembly / Production Worker

About the job

You work in a technical environment where you form steel plates into parts for production. You learn the work on the job, together with a team of three experienced colleagues who guide you. You keep the production process running smoothly and make sure the parts meet the required specifications. Working accurately and paying attention to quality and order is important.

What you'll do

• Forming: process and form steel plates according to technical drawings.
• Inspection: carry out quality checks to make sure parts meet the requirements.
• Preparation: set up machines and prepare materials for production.
• Cleaning: keep your workstation clean and tidy, also during busy periods.
• Teamwork: discuss planning, improvements and any problems with your colleagues.

What we ask

• Thinking and working level of MBO 3 (Dutch vocational education, intermediate level), preferably in a technical direction.
• Experience in a technical environment, for example as an operator.
• Good command of Dutch, both spoken and written.
• Good physical condition, comfortable with standing and lifting.
• Willingness to learn new skills on the job.

What's on offer

• Salary from €2,827 to €2,914 gross per month.
• Fixed-term contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
• Full time, 38 to 40 hours per week, day shifts.
• 40 days off per year.
