Packaging Operative – Cheese Production

About the job

As a packaging operative, you make sure cheese products are packed carefully, safely, and to a high quality standard. You work as part of a team to keep the production line running. The job is 24 to 36 hours a week, in a 2- or 3-shift rotation.

What you'll do

• Pack sliced cheese cubes
• Place 15 kg blocks of cheese onto the conveyor belt
• Check product quality
• Support colleagues on the production line
• Report any deviations or faults
• Keep your workstation clean and safe

What we ask

• You are at least 18 years old
• You are available at least 3 days a week
• You can work shifts: morning (06:00-14:00), afternoon (14:00-22:00), and night (22:00-06:00)
• You speak Dutch or English at B1 level or above
• You can handle physical work and lift up to 15 kg regularly
• You can get to Kaatsheuvel on your own
• Experience in packaging or production is a plus, but not required

What we offer

• €16.31 gross per hour
• Shift allowances up to 40%
• 8% vakantiegeld (holiday pay, paid on top of your regular wage)
