Packing Worker with Coordination Tasks

About the job

You work with your team on processing and packing tropical potted plants. Next to the regular packing work, you are the person your colleagues on the floor can rely on.

What you'll do

• Pack and process tropical potted plants
• Help divide tasks within the team
• Check that the work is running according to plan
• Help and support colleagues when needed
• Check that plants and packaging are handled with care
• Make sure there are enough packaging materials
• Coordinate with colleagues in production and logistics
• Report problems and discuss them with the right person

What we ask

• Thinking and working level of MBO 4 (Dutch secondary vocational education, level 4)
• Available for 38 to 40 hours a week
• Good at working together and communicating clearly
• Able to stay calm and clear during busy periods
• Accurate in your work
• Comfortable approaching colleagues or helping them when needed
• Flexible during peak periods
• Experience with leading or coordinating is a plus, but not required

What we offer

• Salary between €2,658.02 and €3,248.15 gross per month, depending on experience
• Full time, 38 to 40 hours a week
• Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position
• Travel costs reimbursed at €0.25 per kilometre for distances between 10 and 26 km one way

• Employment conditions equal to those of employees hired directly by the opdrachtgever (the client company), including holiday days, allowances, ADV pay (extra time off or pay linked to working hours reduction) and other salary components
