Bakery Production Worker

About the job

You work in a bakery making cookie dough using set recipes. The work is physical and varied. You work in a 3-shift rotation.

What you'll do

• Prepare cookie dough following recipes, keeping the ingredient amounts correct
• Help with setting up and changing over machines in the bakery
• Fix small problems on the production line yourself
• Keep the workplace clean and safe with your team, following HACCP rules

What we ask

• Communicative level of Dutch
• Experience in food production is a plus
• Flexible and available for part-time work, at least 2 full shifts

Employment conditions

• Salary from €2,960 gross per month (including shift allowance and ADV, a Dutch system of extra days off in exchange for working longer hours) to €3,185 gross per month with more experience
• 38% shift allowance for hours between 18:00 and 03:00, and 39% for hours between 03:00 and 06:30
• 8.33% vakantiegeld (holiday pay, a statutory bonus paid on top of your salary)
• 25 vacation days at full-time

• Travel costs reimbursed from 5 km one way: €0.25 per kilometre

Working hours

Morning shift: 06:15 - 14:15

Afternoon shift: 14:15 - 22:15

Night shift: 22:15 - 06:15 (starts Sunday evening)

At full-time, shifts rotate weekly: morning, night, afternoon. At part-time, the schedule is agreed individually.
