Production Operator

About the job

As an operator, you are responsible for producing high-quality sandwich panels every day. You set up the machines precisely and monitor the production process to keep improving it.

You rotate between different positions on the production line: line entry, joining, foaming station, saw, stacker and transport. This keeps the work varied. You start on a 2-shift schedule, with the prospect of moving to a 3-shift schedule in the future. You work in a close team where good atmosphere, humour and helping each other matter.

What you'll do

• Set up the production line correctly
• Make sure the panels are taped properly and check that the paper is applied correctly
• Saw the panels to exact dimensions and carry out quality checks
• Move finished packages to the right storage location or loading area

What we offer

• Salary between €3,000 and €4,050 gross per month based on 40 hours per week, including shift allowance
• Full-time work: 40 hours per week
• 28 days of holiday
