Production Worker

About the job

You work in a team of 8 to 12 people. The team produces and processes plastic films using machines, for customers in horticulture and wholesale. Your supervisor works alongside you as part of the team.

Working hours

• Early shift: 05:15–14:00 (Monday–Friday)
• Late shift: 14:00–22:45 (Monday–Friday)

What you'll do

• Prepare planned production orders based on work instructions
• Set up winding and die-cutting machines
• Monitor the winding process and check quality and output
• Record production data in the ERP system
• Use a forklift to transport raw materials and finished products
• Work at the location in Giessen or Genderen

• Willing to work a 3-shift system during the high season (September–December), with a shift allowance of 21%

What we offer

• Full time, 40 hours per week
• Salary between €3,250 and €3,500 gross per month (depending on age and experience), including a 15% shift allowance
• 24 holiday days plus 11.5 ADV days (extra days off under the CAO, the Dutch collective labour agreement) for the plastics, rubber and adhesives sector
• Vakantiegeld (holiday allowance, a mandatory Dutch annual bonus) of 8% and travel cost reimbursement of €0.23 per km
• Work clothes provided by the employer
• Team outings and company events, such as a sports day and a New Year's party
