Production Worker

About the job

You work in a small, close team where everyone helps each other. Together you prepare popular meat products like ribs, grilling sausages and meatballs. This is a job for someone who likes working with their hands and is open to learning new things.

What you'll do

• Prepare and produce meat products following recipes
• Operate and monitor production machines
• Check products to make sure they meet quality standards
• Learn different production techniques
• Every 2-3 weeks, work as Grill Master from 15:00 to 23:00

• No previous production experience needed. We welcome anyone with a background in logistics, hospitality, retail or anything else
• Motivated and willing to do physical work
• Good team player
• Accurate and focused on quality
• Willing to work an evening shift every few weeks
• Open to learning new skills

What we offer

• Gross salary €2,691-€3,329 per month, depending on experience
• Contract directly with the employer from day one
• 24 days of annual leave and vakantiegeld (holiday allowance) of 8%
• Annual bonus of 3.25% and a pension plan
• Travel costs reimbursed for distances of 10 km or more (one way)
