Production Machine Operator

About the job

You work as a machine operator at a production facility in the carpet industry, near Zwolle. You operate and monitor production machines on a two-shift schedule.

What you'll do

• Set up, operate and monitor production machines
• Fix minor faults and technical problems
• Change over and adjust machines when switching products
• Carry out preventive maintenance and minor repairs
• Check quality according to set standards and record production data

What we ask

• Interest in technology and practical technical thinking
• Full availability in a 2-shift system (morning 06:00-15:00, afternoon 15:00-01:00)
• Own transport (public transport is not suitable for shift work)
• Experience in a production environment is a plus

Offer

• Salary from €3,000 to €3,300 gross per month, depending on experience, including shift allowance
• Shift allowance of 14.1% on all hours worked in the shift system
• 25 days of holiday per year and 8% vakantiegeld (holiday pay, paid out once a year on top of your salary)
• Travel cost reimbursement of €0.23 per km
